HOW IT WORKS
GETTING IN TOUCH
We work with clients throughout Illinois. Everyone’s situation is different. Whether you call or email, please give us your name, a good way to contact you, and tell us a bit about your circumstances which led you to us.
INTAKE CALL
When you contact us, we will respond to schedule a call with you. The intake call will clarify your priorities so we can know your individual needs. During this call, if you need our services, we schedule a more comprehensive consultation – either virtually or in-person.
CONSULTATION
This is an opportunity to have all decision makers at the table to prioritize your goals, understand which services can help you meet those goals, and make decisions together. We often ask clients to have other family members or loved ones present for the meeting.
IMPLEMENTING THE PLAN
Following the consultation, we develop a plan to meet your goals. The plan is individualized to each client/ family. We clearly state which services will be provided by A Secure Plan, LLC areas of collaboration with other service providers, and ways in which we work with each client.
When we work with our clients, we discuss intimate health, financial, and end-of-life matters. Our clients need to know that we hold ourselves to high ethical standards, take no financial interest in the outside services we recommend, and will voluntarily follow the HIPPA standards against revealing information.
